Teleflex To Purchase Arrow International

Teleflex Inc. (TFX) will purchase Arrow International Inc. (ARRO) in an all cash deal valued at approximately $2 billion. Shares of Teleflex edged up 10 cents to close at $85.40 while Arrow stock leaped $6.32 to close at $44.11.
