LKQ To Acquire Keystone Automotive

LKQ Corp. (LKQX) will pay $811 million in cash to acquire Keystone Automotive Industries Inc. (KEYS). Shares of LKQ soared $3.71 to close at $29.09 while Keystone stock surged $3.19 to close at $46.80.
