DJO Receives Offer From Blackstone

DJO Inc. (DJO) received a $1.3 billion buyout offer from Blackstone Group (BX). Shares of DJO leaped $8.00 to close at $50.10 while Blackstone stock eased 16 cents to close at $29.69.
