CheckFree To Buy Corillian

Corillian Corp. (CORI) was the target of a $245 million bid by electronic payments processor CheckFree Corp. (CKFR). Shares of Corillian surged $1.55 to close at $5.00 while CheckFree stock slipped $1.33 to close at $40.29.
