Tenaris To Buy Hydril

Tenaris SA (TS) will pay $97 per share in cash to purchase Hydril Co. (HYDL). Shares of Hydril soared $12.20 to close at $95.24 while Tenaris stock eased 67 cents to close at $46.26.
