Cytyc To Buy Adeza

Adeza Biomedical Corp. (ADZA) was the target of a $24 a share bid by Cytyc Corp. (CYTC). Shares of Adeza soared $8.25 to close at $23.78 while Cytyc stock edged up 73 cents to close at $30.28.
