Polycom To Buy SpectraLink
Ploycom Inc. (PLCM) will pay approximately $220 million in cash to acquire SpectraLink Corp. (SLNK). Shares of SpectraLink soared $2.85 to close at $11.66 while Polycom stock eased 3 cents to close at $34.81.
