Wabtec Earnings Fall Short

Despite improved margins, earnings fell short for Wabtec Corp. (WAB). The train braking equipment maker reported second quarter earnings of 43 cents per share compared with 32 cents per share a year earlier sending the stock price plunging $7.00 to close at $25.45.
