Lexington To Buy Newkirk

Lexington Corporate Properties Trust (LXP) will buy Newkirk Realty Trust Inc. (NKT) for approximately $325 million. Shares of Lexington eased 77 cents to close at $20.20 while Newkirk stock lost 90 cents to close at $16.05.
