NutriSystem's Results Impress

NutriSystem Inc. (NTRI) beat expectations with second quarter earnings of 53 cents per share compared with 12 cents per share a year earlier. The impressive results prompted the weight management services company to raise its full year forecast. However, the departure of president and COO George Jankovic rattled investors sending the stock price plunging $13.38 to close at $54.42.
