Shares of Rambus Inc. (RMBS) surged $4.49 to close at $28.75 after email evidence revealed that Micron Technology Inc. (MU) and Hynix Semiconductor Inc. schemed to fix memory chip prices on the global market. Micron stock edged up 31 cents to close at $16.87.
