North Carolina Will Not Support Exxon Mobile Directors

To protest excessive executive compensation at Exxon Mobile Corp. (XOM), North Carolina's pension system, which owns 11 million shares of Exxon Mobile, will withhold its votes for five directors who also served on the compensation commitee. Shares of Exxon Mobile lost $1.38 to close at $60.20.
