Cyberonics Narrows Losses

Cyberonics Inc. (CYBX) surprised analysts by narrowing fourth quareter losses to 21 cents per share from 26 cents per share a year earlier. The medical device maker was expected to lose 30 cents per share. The stock price jumped $3.66 to close at $26.27.
