Sales Surge For Supertex

Surging sales lifted fourth quarter earnings for Supertex Inc. (SUPX) to 37 cents per share from 3 cents per share in the year ago period. For the first quarter, the semiconductor company expects double-digit growth. The stock price jumped $3.30 to close at $39.91.
