Omnicare Sues UnitedHealth

On the downside, shares of UnitedHealth Group Inc. (UNH) lost $1.59 to close at $45.30 after Omnicare Inc. (OCR) sued the health insurer for conspiring with PacifiCare, which UnitedHealth purchased in 2005, during contract negotiations. Omnicare stock edgd upl 6 cents to close at $55.01.
