Qualcomm Infringed On Broadcom Patents

An International Trade Commission report found that Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM) infringed on two chip design patents held by Broadcom Corp. (BRCM). Shares of Broadcom rose $1.08 to close at $37.46 while Qualcomm stock lost $1.29 to close at $46.90.
