Apple Sued By Creative Technology

Shares of Apple Computer Inc. (AAPL) slumped $2.81 to close at $64.98 after Creative Technology Ltd. (CREAF) filed a patent infringement lawsuit against the maker of the iPod digital music player. Creative Technology stock edged up 29 cents to close at $5.75.
