Wind River's Outlook Disappoints

Wind River Systems Inc. (WIND) reported fourth quarter earnings that grew to 11 cents per share from 7 cents per share a year earlier. However, the company forecast fiscal 2006 results below expectations sending the stock price plunging $3.19 to close at $12.17.
