SBA To Buy AAT For $1 Billion

SBA Communications Corp. (SBAC) will acquire privately held AAT Communications Corp. for approximately $1 billion in cash and stock, extending SBA's wireless coverage to 47 of the 48 continental states. The stock price rose $2.29 to close at $23.86.
