American Service Group Will Restate Financials

America Service Group Inc. (ASGRE) must restate financial results from 2001 through 2004 as well as the first six months of 2005 after an internal investigation revealed inaccurate pricing terms in its pharmacy unit. The stock price plummeted $5.65 to close at $13.95.
