Pride International Delays Annual Report

Pride International Inc. (PDE) reported fourth quarter earnings that grew to 24 cents per share from 16 cents per share in the year ago period. However, the company delayed filing its 2005 annual report until the conclusion of an internal investigation into bribes paid to foreign governments is complete. The stock price dropped $1.10 to close at $29.96.
