Ma Bell Comes Back?

By acquiring BellSouth (BLS), AT&T (T) has come full circle from forced deregulation a quarter century ago that split Ma Bell into regional Baby Bells. AT&T was recently acquired by SBC which assumed the more familiar corporate name.
