RC2's Earnings Tumble

RC2 Corp. (RCRC) reported a sharp drop in second quarter earnings to 11 cents per share from 43 cents per share in the year ago period due to charges related to the recall of Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway toys and lowered its full year forecast. Shares of the toy maker plummeted $6.95 to close at $28.94.
