Bank of America Take Stake In Countrywide

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) took a $2 billion equity stake into troubled Countrywide Financial Corp. (CFC). Shares of Bank of America edged up 18 cents to close at $51.83 while Countrywide stock rose 20 cents to close at $22.02.
