GrafTech Swings To Profit

GrafTech International Ltd. (GTI) swung to a first quarter profit of 17 cents per share compared with a loss of 5 cents per share in the year ago period and lifted its full year earnings outlook. The stock price surged $1.64 to close at $12.10.
