Xerox To Purchase Global Imaging Systems
Xerox Corp. (XRX) offered $1.5 billion in cash to buy Global Imaging Systems Inc. (GISX). Shares of Global Imaging Systems jumped $9.15 to $28.65 while Xerox stock edged up 10 cents to $16.99.

Hmmm.. I most definitely read a couple of articles about this topic and it brings me back down memory lane :)
The question that I ask myself is what caused something like this to happen or be written??
