Revenue Falls Short For Global Payments

Although third quarter earnings rose for Global Payments Inc. (GPN) to 42 cents per share from 36 cents per share a year earlier, revenue fell short of expectations. Shares of the electronic payment processing company plunged $5.11 to close at $34.06.
