J&J To Buy Conor

Conor Medsystems Inc. (CONR) received a $1.4 billion all cash acquisition offer from Johnson & Johnson (JNJ). Shares of Conor leaped $5.16 to close at $32.68 while Johnson & Johnson stock edged up 71 cents to $67.24.
