Pfizer To Acquire Embrex

Pfizer Inc. (PFE) will pay $155 million in cash to acquire Embrex Inc. (EMBX). Shares of Embrex soared $4.72 to close at $16.64 while Pfizer stock gained 28 cents to close at $26.53.
