Golf Galaxy Inc. (GGXY) will be purchased by Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. (DKS) for approximately $225 million. Golf Galaxy stock soared $2.79 to close at $18.44 while shares of Dick's Sporting Goods leaped $5.28 to close at $54.20.
