Advo Says Valassis Wants Renegotiation

Advo Inc. (AD) asserted that Valassis Communications Inc.'s (VCI) lawsuit was a ploy to renegotiate a lower price for their merger deal. Shares of Advo surged $2.40 to close at $30.99 while Valassis stock fell $1.23 to close at $18.49.
