Valassis Wants End To Merger With Advo

Valassis Communications Inc. (VCI) sued to end its $1.3 billion merger with Advo Inc. (AD) alleging that Advo misrepresented its financial health. Shares of Valassis tumbled $1.29 to close at $19.72 while Advo stock plummeted $8.21 to close at $28.59.
