Cabot Price Target Lifted

Jefferies & Co. analyst David C. Adams lifted his price target for Cabot Oil & Gas after the company announced plans to sell its offshore and south Louisiana assets to Phoenix Exploration Co. for $340 million. The stock price tumbled $2.20 to close at $51.30.
