United Therapeutics' Income Falls

Shares of United Therapeutics Corp. (UTHR) plummeted $6.91 to close at $52.40 after reporting third quarter income that dropped to 30 cents per share from 49 cents per share in the year ago period. The biotechnology firm also announced the departure of chief financial officer Fred Hadeed.
