Rambus Upgraded

BWS Financial analyst Hamed Khorsand upgraded Rambus Inc. (RMBS) as the memory chip maker settled a patent infringement lawsuit filed against Hynix Semiconductor Inc. Rambus stock rose $1.98 to close at $17.63.
