Warner Music Merger In Question

A European court annulled the European Commission's approval of a merger between Warner Music Group Corp. (WMG) and Sony Corp.'s (SNE) EMI Group PLC citing antitrust concerns. Shares of Warner Music Group plunged $5.23 to close at $24.53 while Sony stock lost $1.67 to close at $41.23.
