Shaw Group Narrows Losses

Shaw Group Inc. (SGR) blamed cancelled government contracts for third quarter losses of 21 cents per share compared with losses of 31 cents per share in the year ago period. Shares of the engineering and construction firm plunged $3.67 to close at $22.08.
