Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (MGIC) announced a three year global distribution and original equipment manufacturing agreement with International Business Machines Corp. (IBM). Shares of Magic Software climbed soared $1.04 to $2.45 while IBM stock eased 17 cents to $73.40.
