Forest Laboratories' Patent Upheld

Shares of Forest Laboratories Inc. (FRX) jumped $6.00 to close at $44.40 after a federal judge ruled that Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA) infringed on Forest's patent for its antidepressant Lexapro. Teva stock eased a penny to close at $30.50.
