L-3's CEO Dies

L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. (LLL) announced the unexpected death of chairman, chief executive and co-founder Frank C. Lanza. Shares of the defense contractor jumped $4.01 to $77.50 over speculation that the company may now be an acquisition target.
