United Rentals Files Delayed Annual Reports

Shares of United Rentals Inc. (URI) rose $1.87 to close at $34.50 after filing annual reports for fiscal 2004 and fiscal 2005. The reports had been delayed due to a securities investigation. The equipment rental company's quarterly reports will be filed at the end of April.
