Blue Dolphin Energy Co. (BDCO) swung to a profit with fourth quarter earnings of 9 cents per share compared with losses of 9 cents per share a year earlier. For fiscal 2005, the company reported earnings of 6 cents per share, up from losses of 37 cents per share in fiscal 2004. The stock price surged over 50% to close at $3.32, up $1.13.
