Dow Jones-News Corp. Merger Closer To Reality

Dow Jones & Co. Inc. (DJ) stock soared $5.82 to close at $57.38 as the Bancroft family appeared ready to approve the acquisition of Dow Jones by News Corp. (NWS). Shares of News Corp. edged down 18 cents to close at $22.66.
