Microsoft Offers $6 Billion For aQuantive

Online advertising firm aQuantive Inc. (AQNT) received a $6 billion cash bid from Microsoft Corp. (MSFT). Shares of aQuantive leaped $27.92 to close at $63.79 while Microsoft stock eased 15 cents to close at $30.83.
