Greatbatch To Buy Enpath

Enpath Medical Inc. (NPTH) will be acquired by Greatbatch Inc. (GB) for approximately $96.5 million in cash. Shares of Enpath soared $3.07 to close at $14.20 while Greatbatch stock edged up 22 cents to close at $29.03.
