Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) will acquire Covansys Corp. (CVNS) in an all cash deal worth approximately $1.3 billion. Shares of Covansys jumped $6.49 to close at $33.29 while Computer Sciences stock eased 14 cents to close at $55.83.
