Fourth quarter earnings nearly tripled to 53 cents per share from 17 cents per shares a year earlier for NutriSystem Inc. (NTRI) while the company's first quarter outlook surpassed expectations. Shares of the weight loss management company surged $5.91 to close at $49.79.
