Cisco Sues Apple

Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) filed a trademark infringement suit against Apple Computer Inc. (AAPL) for using the term iPhone which Cisco trademarked. Shares of Cisco edged up a penny to close at $28.69 while Apple stock slipped $1.20 to close at $95.80.
