Trammell Crow Sells Itself To CB Richard

Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) will be sold to competitor CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. (CBG) for approximately $1.79 billion. Shares of Trammell Crow leaped $9.65 to close at $48.75 while CB Richard Ellis stock rose $1.81 to close at $30.03.
