GE To Purchase Trustreet

General Electric Co. (GE) announced plans to buy fast food REIT Trustreet Properties Inc. (TSY) for $1.15 billion lifting shares of Trustreet $4.46 to close at $16.97. GE stock eased a penny to close at $35.20.
